Charleston Hotel and Restaurant or the Mt. Charleston Lodge. On average, the area is about 25-30 degrees cooler than Las Vegas. The mountain’s Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort is normally open from Thanksgiving to Easter and offers 13 groomed runs, and three chairlifts.
